st die Existenz eines allmächtigen und allgütigen Gottes vereinbar damit, dass es in unserer Welt so viel Leid gibt? Oder ist das Vorhandensein von Leid ein schlagendes Argument gegen die Existenz Gottes? Dieses Problem, das als "Theodizee-Problem" oder "Problem des Übels" bezeichnet wird, beschäftigt Philosophen und Theologen schon seit der Spätantike. Im Seminar werden wir mehrere Versionen des Problems betrachten und verschiedene Antwortstrategien, die in der Literatur vertreten werden, kritisch diskutieren.
