Es wird ein Überblick über die zentralen Bereiche der Weiterbildung gegeben. Kernthemen werden in einer „Werkstatt-Sitzung“ vertieft, u.a durch fallbasierte Einübung von Kompetenzen.

- Bereiche und Handlungsfelder der Weiterbildung
- Institutionen, Lernorte
- Lehren und Lernen
- Organisation und Management in der Weiterbildung
- Berufliches Handeln in der Weiterbildung
- Theorien, Forschungsmethoden und ForschungsansätzeIn der ersten Sitzung werden zentralen Literaturangaben, insbesondere Einführungen, zur Verfügung gestellt und kommentiert.
