Die 2011 bei Turia und Kant erschienene Anthologie „Kontingenz Hegemonie Universalität“ versammelt dialogisch aufeinander bezogene Texte der Autor_innen Judith Butler, Ernesto Laclau und Slavoj Žižek. Damit dokumentiert der Band ein Streitgespräch, das sich auf der Grundlage marxistischer, psychoanalytischer und poststrukturalistischer Ansätze mit Fragen nach den Möglichkeiten und Unmöglichkeiten von Demokratie, nach dem Verhältnis und der Verfasstheit von Widerstand und Regierung, nach Transformation und dem Politischen befasst.
Der Band bildet die Lektüre des Seminars, in dem zentrale Positionen der Autorinnen herausgearbeitet und im Kontext erziehungswissenschaftlicher Frageperspektiven diskutiert werden sollen.
Fragen zum Ablauf, der Teilnahme und den Leistungskriterien werden in der ersten Seminarsitzung geklärt.
