Schülerorientierte Vorbereitung und Unterrichtsgestaltung in heterogeneren Lerngruppen der Oberstufen (wie Hochbegabung, physische, psychische und soziale Einschränkungen = special needs) werden im Seminar durch die Nutzung alternativer individueller, inklusive und eigenverantwortlicher Lernformate in den Lehrplänen und Richtlinien der Sek II erkundet. Anschließend konzipieren die Studierenden eigene didaktisch begründete Lernformate und Leistungserbringung im Rahmen eines Schwerpunktthemas der Q-Phase und deren Möglichkeiten für individuelle Bewertungen (wie Gruppenarbeiten, sowie Nachteilsausgleich).
Individual, inclusive and autonomous teaching in the upper secondary level is explored with the help of concrete examples using different aspects of lesson design in heterogeneous learning groups (such as giftedness, physical, psychological and social limitations). Following this approach, students design their own options for individual performance in the context of a series of lessons in the so called Q-Phase and their options for alternative and individual assessment (like groupwork or compensation for disadvantages)."
