Das Seminar bietet einen Überblick zur deutschen Literatur der Frühen Neuzeit von den Anfängen des Buchdrucks im 15. Jh. bis zur Literatur der Aufklärung anhand einer repräsentativen Auswahl von Romanen, Dramen und Lyrikbeispielen. Die Epochenkonzepte des Humanismus, des Barock und der Aufklärung werden mit relevanten theoretischen oder programmatischen Texten erarbeitet.
