Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung an Hochschulen gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung und wird damit auch für Studierende der Erziehungswissenschaft verstärkt zu einem pädagogischen Handlungs- und Tätigkeitsfeld. In der Veranstaltung soll gemeinsam ein Überblick über die Handlungsfelder, politischen Rahmenbedingungen und zukünftigen Anforderungen von wissenschaftlicher Weiterbildung an Hochschulen erarbeitet werden. Spezifisch geht es um Zielsetzungen, Zielgruppen, Angebotsformen, Qualitätssicherung, Institutionalisierung und Finanzierung wissenschaftlicher Weiterbildung. Parallel zu den inhaltlichen Impulsen werden in Kleingruppen eigene Weiterbildungsangebote entwickelt in denen die Inhalte jeweils zur Gelzung kommen sollen.
In diesem Seminar wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind die Gestaltung einer Seminareinheit zu übernehmen.
