Wir beobachten derzeit einen radikalen Wandel der Arbeitswelt. "Künstliche Intelligenz", "Digitalisierung", "New Work“, "Fachkräftemangel" sind zentrale Stichworte. Es geht darum, die Potenziale der damit verbundenen neuen Konzepte auszuloten, aber auch die Gefährdungen in den Blick zunehmen.
So gehen wir der Frage nach, wie neue Arbeitsformen und Kompetenzanforderungen sich in der Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklung niederschlagen: Welche neue Formate der Weiterbildung werden entwickelt? Welche Führungskonzepte werden propagiert? Welche Anforderungen ergeben sich daraus für Weiterbildner:innen und Personalentwickler:innen? etc.
In diesem Seminar nähern wir uns der aktuellen Arbeitswelt neben der theoretischen Auseinandersetzung auch durch Gesprächspartner:innen/Gäste (u.a. Alumni) und Exkursionen (Vor-Ort-Besuche).
