Im Zentrum dieser Veranstaltung stehen unterschiedliche Ansätze und Konzepte der Organisationsberatung im Gesundheitsbereich. Auf Basis einer Analyse der Hintergründe und Ursachen verstärkten Beratungsbedarfs (etwa mit Blick auf Beschäftigtengesundheit, Versorgungsqualität oder Patientenorientierung) sollen unterschiedliche Formen, Bereiche und Aspekte der Beratung diskutiert und bewertet werden.
Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, den Studierenden einen nwendungsorientierten Einblick in zentrale Ansätze und Konzepte der Organisationsberaatung einschließlich der unterschiedlichen Interventionslogiken und Beratungsbeziehungen (soziale Konstellationen der Akteure) zu vermitteln.
