Die Auswertung von Datensätzen stellt Studierende erfahrungsgemäß vor Herausforderungen, da statistische Verfahren erst kennengelernt und dann für die jeweiligen Fragestellungen passend angewandt werden müssen. Die Erstellung ""interaktiver"" Videos für andere Studierende kann dabei helfen, die Lerninhalte besser zu verstehen. Interaktive Elemente in Erklärvideos regen die aktive Auseinandersetzung mit den Inhalten bei den Rezipienten an und können dabei z.B. zu lösende Aufgaben, zusätzliche Erklärungen oder Auswahloptionen beinhalten. Durch die interaktiven Videos sollen die grundlegenden Abläufe ausgewählter Verfahren der Datenauswertung mit dem Open Source-Programm R möglichst einfach und transparent vorgestellt und beispielhaft umgesetzt werden. Für das Seminar nutzten wir dazu Daten zu mathematischen Basiskompetenzen von Vorschulkindern, die mit dem EMBI (Elementar-mathematisches Basisinterview) erhoben wurden.
