Das Forschungsseminar im Kolloquiumsformat richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Bachelorstudierende, die planen, eine organisationssoziologische Bachelorarbeit zu schreiben (bzw. eine Bachelorarbeit in eng benachbarten Speziellen Soziologien).
Geplant sind vier inhaltliche Blöcke:
- Der erste inhaltliche Schritt: Wie schreibe ich ein Exposé für meine Bachelorarbeit, das mich orientiert und motiviert?
- Ein Thema ist noch keine Frage: Worüber schreibe ich eigentlich genau meine Bachelorarbeit und was macht sie zu einem soziologischen Text?
- Vorbilder: Masterstudierende stellen ihre Bachelorarbeiten vor und berichten von Ihren Erfahrungen.
- Kollegiale Beratung: Wir diskutieren jedes Ihrer Exposés.

Das Forschungsseminar richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Bachelorstudierende, die bereits das Einführungsmodul in die Organisationssoziologie belegt haben und über Grundkenntnisse der Organisationssoziologie verfügen.
Zusätzlich bringen Sie mit:
— Hohe Lesebereitschaft
— Diskussionsfreude
— Aufgeschlossenheit für die Argumente anderer
— Argumentationstheoretische Grundkenntnisse

In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
Teilnehmen kann nur, wer im Forschungsseminar ein Exposé der geplanten Bachelorarbeit entwickelt und zur Diskussion stellt.
Wie man ein Exposé entwickelt, ist eines von mehreren Themen, die wir im Kolloquium gemeinsam bearbeiten werden.
