Diese Vorlesung mit Übungsanteil (VÜA) bietet eine Einführung in die Struktur und den Gebrauch der romanischen Sprachen, besonders des Spanischen, und gibt Antworten auf Fragen, wie die folgenden: Was ist Sprachwissenschaft? Was wird da erforscht? Wie lassen sich die Struktur und der Gebrauch der romanischen Sprachen, besonders des Spanischen, näher und systematischer beschreiben? Wie sieht die Aussprache der jeweiligen Sprache aus? Wie können wir unsere Aussprache verbessern? (Phonetik / Phonologie) Wie sehen Wörter aus? Welchen Zugang zu ihnen bekommen wir, wenn wir uns ihre Teile näher anschauen? (Morphologie) Was ist Bedeutung? Wie können wir Bedeutungen genauer bestimmen? (Semantik) Wie sehen Sätze aus? Nach welchen Regeln sind sie gebaut? (Syntax) Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist es, zu einem tiefergehenden Verständnis von Sprache und Sprachen zu gelangen, das auch dazu beiträgt, die Sprache selber bewußter zu benutzen und sie anderen Menschen näher bringen zu können.
