610002 Grundlagen der Bewegungswissenschaft (V) (WiSe 2024/2025)

Contents, comment

Zu den unaustauschbaren Bestandteilen von Sport zählt die körperliche Aktivität. Sie tritt als Bewegung in Erscheinung und geht auf körperinterne Voraussetzungen und Prozesse - das ist die Motorik - zurück. Für die Lehre scheinen drei Aspekte besonders interessant:

  • Die Analyse von Motorik und Bewegung,
  • die Möglichkeit der Veränderung von Motorik/Bewegung durch motorisches Lernen und Trainieren,
  • die Möglichkeit der Veränderung von Motorik/Bewegung durch Entwicklung.

Diese drei genannten Problemfelder stehen im Mittelpunkt der Vorlesung Grundlagen AB II. Ihre wissenschaftliche Behandlung erfolgt vor allem unter der Perspektive unterschiedlicher Betrachtungsweisen der Bewegungswissenschaft und der Sportpsychologie, deren Forschungsmethoden und -erkenntnisse vorgestellt werden sollen.

Die in der Vorlesung verwendeten Folien sind als Unterrichtsmaterialien im Internet veröffentlicht
Zu der Vorlesung finden begleitende Tutorien statt. In ihnen wird der Vorlesungsstoff exemplarisch an Einzelaspekten diskutiert und vertieft.
