Contents, comment

This course is mandatory for all students planning to start their Praxissemester in February 2025.

In this class, we will focus on issues related to classroom interaction in ELT such as error correction, comprehensible input, the use of the L1(s), and praising (!). We will explore these issues with the help of video material from authentic, inclusive English classrooms. In doing so, we will cover the basics of classroom research needed for your practical term, develop first research questions, and draft one research project.
