In diesem Seminar explorieren wir das noch unbestimmte Konzept der „verrottenden Organisation”. Anhand empirischer Fälle beschäftigen wir uns mit verwandten Konzepten der Organisationssoziologie und insbesondere mit der Frage, ob es nicht-normative Konzeptualisierungen des Phänomens gibt.
