270091 Psychotherapie bei Traumafolgestörungen (S) (SoSe 2024)

Extrem belastende Lebensereignisse wie Kindesmisshandlung, Vergewaltigung, schwere Unfälle, Kriegserfahrungen und Folter etc. bewirken starkes seelisches Leid bei den Opfern und können das Auftreten zahlreicher psychischer Störungen begünstigen oder verursachen. Neben der Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung (PTBS) können auch Dissoziative Störungen, Persönlichkeitsstörungen, Depression oder suchtgebundene Erkrankungen eine Folge von traumatischen Lebenserfahrungen sein. In diesem Seminar werden wir uns zunächst mit ätiologischen, epidemiologischen und experimentellen Befunden zu traumabezogenen Störungen beschäftigen, um daraus Implikationen für das psychotherapeutische Vorgehen ableiten zu können. Anschließend werden wir evidenzbasierte Behandlungsansätze im Bereich der Traumafolgestörungen gemeinsam betrachten und diskutieren.
