300050 Neues aus der Rechtssoziologie (S) (SoSe 2015)

In „Neues aus der Rechtssoziologie“ werden ausgewählte Beiträge aus jüngeren Jahrgängen einschlägiger rechtssoziologischer Zeitschriften (v.a. Zeitschrift für Rechtssoziologie, Law & Society Review) gelesen und diskutiert. Nach einer Vorauswahl wird in der ersten Sitzung über die konkrete Literaturliste abgestimmt.

Das hat u.a. zur Folge, dass Themen nicht schon vorab als Selektionsfilter zum Einsatz kommen, sondern eher umgekehrt es auch Gegenstand des Seminars ist, sich über die Frage auszutauschen, warum welche Themen in diesen aktuellen Heften zu finden sind.
Insofern bedient das Seminar auch ein wissenschaftssoziologisches Interesse: Was gilt in der gegenwärtigen Rechtssoziologie als neues und relevantes Wissen?
