Die modulspezifischen Kompetenzen werden in Form eines Modulberichts nachgewiesen, in dem der individuelle Kompetenzerwerb im Rahmen des Moduls reflektiert wird. Dazu ist es notwendig, aus dem Pool des Lehrangebots der Universität Bielefeld einzelne Veranstaltungen studiert zu haben (mind. im Umfang von 240h; entspricht 8 LP, idR 4 Veranstaltungen á 2 SWS). Die studierten Veranstaltungen sind im Anhang des Berichts aufzulisten. Der Bericht ist beim Prüfungsamt einzureichen.
Der Modulbericht soll 2500 Wörter umfassen und wird von einem Lehrenden/einer Lehrenden der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft beurteilt, der/die jeweils im aktuellen Semester durch die nach § 29 BPO zuständige Stelle bestimmt wird. Die mit dem Bericht zu erbringende Leistung ist als bestanden zu bewerten, wenn die beschriebenen Kompetenzen nachgewiesen wurden und eine entsprechende Reflexion enthalten ist.
