Das Blockseminar Kinder- und Jugendfilmanalyse bietet einen theoretischen und zugleich praktischen Einblick in den Bereich der Filmanalyse. In den Fokus des analytisch ausgerichteten Seminars rücken sowohl dramaturgische/strukturelle als auch stilistische und ästhetische Grundlagen, die erweitert werden durch die formale Analyse von Techniken des ‚einfachen‘ Schnitts sowie der ‚komplexen‘ Montage, der Mise-en-scène und der Mise-en-cadre. Dazu werden in jeder Sitzung filmanalytische Grundbegriffe und Analysepraktiken in ihrem jeweiligen theoretischen Kontext eigenständig erarbeitet und im Anschluss durch die Analyse ausgewählter Filmszenen praktisch erprobt. Ergänzend werden zudem unterschiedliche Filmgenres und die Geschichte des Kinder- und Jugendfilms in den Blick genommen.

Hinweis: Auch wenn es sich bei diesem Seminar um eine Einführung in die Filmanalyse handelt, setzt das Seminar eine hohe Lektürebereitschaft voraus. Hinweise auf die einzelnen Texte, die zu den einzelnen Sitzungen gelesen werden, finden Sie im LernraumPlus.

Der Erwerb der Studienleistung erfolgt durch eine Gruppenpräsentation in der letzten Seminarsitzung (die Anwesenheit ist verpflichtend), die Prüfungsleistung besteht aus einer schriftlichen Arbeit.
