Dieses Seminar findet 14-tägig statt an folgenden Terminen: 18.10., 15.11., 29.11., 13.12., 10.01.2024, 24.01.2024
Programmplanungshandeln gehört zu den Kernaufgaben in der Weiterbildung. Programme sind Leistungsversprechen und dienen zugleich der Legitimierung. Wir beleuchten Programme in den verschiedenen Bereichen (von der öffentlichen Erwachsenenbildung bis hin zur Personalentwicklung ) zeitdiagnostisch: Wie werden gesellschaftliche Themen und Megatrends (bspw. Agilität, Gesundheit, Glück, Nachhaltigkeit, Selbstoptimierung, etc. ) in Programmen aufgegriffen? Dabei beschäftigen wir uns auch mit der Programmanalysen als besondere Methode der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildungsforschung und Fragen der Angebotsentwicklung
