Die Vorlesung gilt den nicht auf Rechtsgeschäft beruhenden Schuldverhältnissen und damit dem zweiten Teil des Besonderen Schuldrechts. Behandelt werden insbesondere Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung und unerlaubte Handlung.
Es wird eine übergreifende Semesterabschlussklausur Gesetzliche Schuldverhältnisse/Sachenrecht gem. § 24 I Nr. 1 lit. c) StudPrO 2023 angeboten.
