392258 Human factors in sociotechnical systems (BS) (WiSe 2013/2014)

Complex sociotechnical systems such as airtraffic control systems, large ships, railways involve human operators essentially. Robots which interact with people form with them a sociotechnical system also. We survey and practice the state-of-the-art analysis techniques for the interaction of humans with automated engineered subsystems.
