Präsentieren ist eine zentrale Kompetenz von Psycholog:innen im arbeits- und organisationspsychologischen Kontext. In vielen Bereichen müssen sie ihren Vorgesetzten und Kolleg:innen beispielsweise Ergebnisse aus Mitarbeiterbefragungen, neue Personalentwicklungskonzepte oder Vorschläge zu Änderungsmaßnahmen präsentieren. Die Aufnahme der Inhalte und die Akzeptanz der Vorschläge hängen dabei auch von der Art und Weise der Präsentation ab.
Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist es daher, Präsentationstechniken für verschiedene Anlässe herauszuarbeiten und anschließend einzuüben. Zu diesem Zweck wird im ersten Teil des Seminars betrachtet, wie Präsentationen informativ und adressatengerecht unter Einsatz verschiedener Medien gestaltet werden. Im zweiten Teil des Seminars werden Präsentations- und Rhetorikübungen eingesetzt, eigenständig Präsentationen gehalten, und auf diese Weise die vermittelten Techniken praktisch eingeübt.

Die erste Sitzung findet am 20.10.2023 statt.

Diese Veranstaltung ist dem Modul 27-AF-AO2 des BSc-Studiengangs Psychologie zugeordnet. Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich. Nehmen Sie dazu bitte diese Veranstaltung in Ihren Stundenplan im eKVV auf. Nur wenn Sie sich im eKVV angemeldet haben, können Sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.

Zur Erreichung der Studienleistung und für die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten werden folgende Anforderungen erwartet:
- Selbständige Einarbeitung in die Literatur zu Präsentationstechniken
- Erstellung und Vorstellung von theoretischem Input in Kleingruppen (beispielsweise zur Adressatenanalyse, Aufbau & Gestaltung von Präsentationen, Nutzung von Präsentationsmedien)
- Entwicklung einer praktischen Übung und aktive Teilnahme an praktischen Übungen
- Aktive Teilnahme an Blockterminen im 2. Teil des Seminars
- Beteiligung an Lernaktivitäten der Blocktermine (Gruppenarbeiten, praktische Verhaltensübungen, Improvisationsübungen, Stehgreifreden, Präsentationsfeedback geben und annehmen)

Zur der Erreichung der Prüfungsleistung wird eine schriftliche Hausarbeit erwartet. Die formalen Anforderungen werden im Seminar geklärt.
