Lehrerinnen und Lehrer können ihren Unterricht umso erfolgreicher gestalten und weiterentwickeln, je produktivere Erfahrungen zum Lernen und Lehren von Mathematik sie bei ihren eigenen fachlichen Lernprozessen erworben haben und immer neu machen.
Das Seminar soll solche Erfahrungen ermöglichen, und zwar durch eine Auseinandersetzung mit problemhaltigen arithmetischen
Situationen, in denen Muster und Strukturen entdeckt und auf elementarer Ebene begründet werden können.
