Das Seminar gliedert sich in zwei Teile. Im ersten Teil wollen wir uns ein Grundverständnis von Organisationen und ihren strukturellen Merkmalen erarbeiten. Dabei wird es u.a. um die Funktion von Leitbildern in Organisationen gehen. Im zweiten Teil wollen wir uns dann mit inhaltlichen Aspekten solcher Leitbilder befassen. Anhand einiger Beispiele aus Bildungseinrichtungen und Sozialer Arbeit, in denen Beratung angeboten wird, wollen wir folgenden Fragen nachgehen: Von welchen Menschenbildern gehen die betreffenden Organisationen in ihren Selbstbeschreibungen aus? Welche Richt- und Leitlinien ergeben sich daraus für die Organisationsmitglieder? Wie sind diese normativen Vorgaben aus ethischer Sicht zu bewerten?
