Das Seminar vermittelt grundlegende Kenntnisse sowie didaktische Ansätze der inner- sowie außerbetrieblichen Aus- und Weiterbildung in Deutschland. Hierfür werden unter anderem die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen der beruflichen Ausbildung, dem Übergangssystem und seinen Veränderungen, den Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten unter anderem zum Ausbildungspersonal und Meister als auch außerbetriebliche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten näher beleuchtet.

Zudem wird ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die didaktischen neuen Ansätze der innerbetrieblichen Ausbildungspraxis in Bezug auf eine unterstützende Ausbildungspraxis sowie generelle didaktische Ansätze der Weiterbildung von Erwachsener theoretische beleuchtet, insbesondere aber auch praktisch durchgeführt und angewendet.

Das Seminar richtet sich vorwiegend an Studierende, die sich mit der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung Erwachsener befassen möchten und didaktische Ansätze und Methoden erlernen und ausprobieren möchten.

Requirements for participation, required level

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft im SoSe 2023.
M.Ed. UFP: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education, Unterrichtsfach Pädagogik im SoSe 2023.
