In diesem Seminar werden das Kennenlernen von und die Auseinandersetzung mit Bezugstheorien, Prinzipien und wesentlichen Elementen des Beratungsprozesses in verschiedenen Feldern der pädagogischen Beratung im Mittelpunkt stehen. Eine besondere Bedeutung kommt dabei Konzepten der (Selbst-)Reflexion und der eigenen selbstreflexiven Praxis zu.
