230586 Biographien in der Literaturwissenschaft (S) (SoSe 2023)

Das Seminar beschäftigt sich theoretisch und praktisch mit dem Textgenre der Autorbiographie, die in den vergangenenen Jahren ein erstaunliches Revival erlebt. Der Schlachtruf "Der Autor ist tot!" hat sich offenbar überlebt. Wir diskutieren generelle Probleme der literaturwissenschaftlichen Biographik, systematisieren unterschiedliche Typen der Darstellung und analysieren ausgewählte Beispiele. U.a. beschäftigen wir uns mit den Biographien über das Leben und Werk Stefan Georges.
