300112 Reflexive Governance in der Wissenschafts- und Technologiepolitik (S) (WiSe 2013/2014)

Governance zeichnet sich sowohl in theoretisch-konzeptioneller als auch in praktischer Hinsicht dadurch aus, von kollektiv verbindlichen Entscheidungen Betroffene zu beteiligen. „Reflexive Governance“ ist unter den zahlreichen Governance-Ablegern derjenige, der sich vor allem der Frage widmet, wie der angenommene Eigensinn wirtschaftlicher, politischer oder auch wissenschaftlich-technischer Sichtweisen durchbrochen werden kann. Die Antwort lautet: Die bornierten Beteiligten müssen zur Reflexion gebracht werden. Im Seminar sollen sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Implikationen von „Reflexion als Steuerungsinstrument“ diskutiert werden.
