Nach dem Besuch der Vorlesnug können häufige Erkrankungen mit dem Symptom Rückenschmerz benennen und kennen anamnestische und Untersuchungsbefunde sowie Red Flags zu deren Abgrenzung.
Rückenschmerzen gehören zu den häufigsten Beratungsanlässen in der Hausarztpraxis. Die Vorlesung vermittelt häufige Krankheitsbilder, die mit dem Symptom Rückenschmerzen einhergehen können, wichtige anamnestische Angaben und zentrale Untersuchungsbefunde, die zu deren Abgrenzung erhoben werden sollten und demonstriert Untersuchungstechniken, die dabei angewendet werden können. Die im Einführungsmodul vermittelte diagnostische Strategie des abwartenden Offenhaltens bei Abwendung gefährlicher Verläufe wird mittels typischer Red Flags für Kreuzschmerzen als klinisches Anwendungsbeispiel vertiefend erörtert.
