Unfallchirurgie

  • Die Studierenden kennen nach der Vorlesung die typischen Unfallmechanismen, die zu Verletzungen des proximalen Humerus, des Humerusschaftes und des distalen Radius führen
  • Die Studierendne kennen die typische klinische Sympomatik der genannten Frakturlokalisationen (proximaler Humeru, Humerusschaft, distaler Radius)
  • Die Studierenden können den Unterschied zwischen extraartikulären und artikulären Frakturen, sowie Luxationen und Luxationsfrakturen (am Beispiel Humeruskopf) und ihrer Bedeutung für die Prognose benennen.
  • De Studierenden können anhand klinischer und radiologischer Diagnostik zwischen einer Luxation und Luxationsfraktur differenzieren.
  • Die Studierenden können anhand radiologischer Diagnostik zwischen einer einfachen und mehrfragmentäre Radiusfraktur unterscheiden und die entsprechende Therapieoption erläutern (konservative Therapie - Gips, operative Therapie - Plattenosteosynthese).
  • Die Studierenden kennen die typischen peri- und posttraumatischen Begleitzustände dieser Frakturentitäten (Humeruskopfnekrose, N. radialis Läsion, Arthrose des radio-carpal Gelenkes)
  • Sie können die klinischen Symptome diese Begleitzustände benennen und erkennen
  • Sie kennen das konservative Behandlungsprinzip des Unterarmgipses
  • Sie kennen das Prinzip der Ruhigstellung an der Schulter (Dessault / Schulterschlinge)

Orthopädie

  1. Die Studierenden kennen nach der Vorlesung die degenerativen Funktionsausfälle der Rotationsmanschette, auch in Digagnostik und Therapie, und können diese benennen
  2. Die Studierenden können die Krankheitsbilder Tennisellenbogen und Golfellenbogen und die therapeutischen Möglichkeiten benennen
