Die Schrift „Metaphysische Anfangsgründe der Rechtslehre“ ist der erste Teil der Spätschrift Metaphysik der Sitten (1797). In seiner Rechtslehre versucht Kant sein erkenntnistheoretisches System und die in seiner Ethik entwickelten Grundsätze auf den Gegenstand des Rechts anzuwenden.
Die Schrift hat eine große Bedeutung, auch innerhalb von Kants systematischem Denken, und sie bleibt ein Meilenstein der Rechtsphilosophie. Sie ist allerdings schwierig. Wir werden versuchen, uns langsam an wichtige Stellen heranzutasten.
Wenn Sie an dem Seminar teilnehmen möchten, sollten Sie sich den Text anschaffen. Ich werde die Felix-Meiner-Ausgabe benützen: Kant, Metaphysische Anfangsgründe der Rechtslehre. Metaphysik der Sitten, Erster Teil. hrsg. von Bernd Ludwig.
