Das Seminar zielt auf zentrale Theorien von Organisationen (aus Soziologie, Erziehungswissenschaft und Psychoanalyse) sowie Ansätze der Organisationsentwicklung im Feld von Bildung und Sozialer Arbeit. Mit dem Fokus auf Geschlechterverhältnisse und -kulturen sollen Dynamiken in Organisationen untersucht und verstanden werden. Die Studierenden sind eigeladen, neben der Erarbeitung und Diskussion der vorgeschlagenen Lektüre auch eigene, kleine ethnografische, geschlechter- und diversitätsorientierte Erkundungen in Organisationen von Sozialer Arbeit und Bildung durchzuführen.
