Zunächst soll eine Einführung zu den methodologischen Grundlagen der qualitativen Forschung gegeben, der qualitative Forschungsprozess veranschaulicht und verschiedene Verfahren der qualitativen Forschung vorgestellt werden. Anhand von praktischen Beispielen sollen ausgewählte Verfahren vertiefend kennengelernt werden.
