Das Seminar betrachtet verschiedene Gesundheitsberufe aus der Perspektive der Berufs- und Professionssoziologie. Dabei erfolgt zunächst eine kurze theoretische Einführung in diese beiden Teilbereiche der Soziologie. Danach werden empirische Beispiele aus den Gesundheitsberufen zur Vertiefung herangezogen.
Dabei können die Studierenden mit entscheiden, welche Berufe bzw. Bereiche genauer betrachtet werden.

Erwartet wird eine regelmäßige und AKTIVE Teilnahme, das beinhaltet das vorbereitende Lesen der Pflichtlektüren. Darüber hinaus werden kleine Referate und Beiträge vergeben.

Punkte für die Einzelleistung können in Form von Referaten (und Hausarbeiten) erbracht werden.
