In diesem Seminar richtet sich der Fokus dezidiert auf intentionale politische Bildungsprozesse und Felder außer-schulischer Bildung. Dabei konzentrieren wir uns auf kritische politische Bildung, da diese darauf zielt, „gesell-schaftspolitische Verhältnisse, Strukturen und Zusammenhänge“ sowie das eigene darin Involviertsein zu verstehen und kritisch beurteilen zu können, wie Bettina Lösch prägnant ausführt.
Das Seminar bietet zentrale Einblicke in Ansätze, Theorien und Praxen Politischer Bildung sowie zu didaktischen Prinzipien und ermöglicht insbesondere vertiefende Einblicke zu Macht- und Herrschaftskritiken sowie zu intersekti-onalen Theorieperspektiven. Die Teilnehmer:innen stellen sich gegenseitig machtkritisch reflektierte Methoden aus der Bildungsarbeit sowie Fördermöglichkeiten zur Finanzierung vor. In Kleingruppen werden – je nach Vorkenntnis-sen – Anträge für eine Vortrags- und Diskussionsveranstaltung der Politischen Bildung sowie theorie-/oder praxisre-flektierte Methoden bzw. Bausteine erarbeitet und in Teilen gemeinsam im Seminarkontext kritisch reflektiert und diskutiert.

Bereitschaft zum eigenständigen Arbeiten, Aneignung umfangreicher theoretischer Texte wird ebenso erwartet wie ein verantwortungsvoller und respektvoller Umgang mit politischen und oftmals kontroversen Themen sowie ein großes Interesse an Reflexion und Diskussionsbereitschaft
