In diesem Modul werden anwendungsorientierte Einblicke in die bioinformatische Verarbeitung und Auswertung von Genom- und Postgenomdaten zur Adressierung aktueller biologischer Fragestellungen vermittelt. Die Studierenden erwerben theoretische Kenntnisse der bioinformatischen Methoden zur Verarbeitung und Auswertung von Genom- und Postgenomdaten (Transkriptomik, Proteomik, Metabolomik) und können diese praktisch anwenden. Dies umfasst die Kenntnis entsprechender Software und Datenbanken, sowie die Fähigkeit zur Erstellung von Analyse-Pipelines zur Datenauswertung.
