Dieses Seminar führt zunächst in die Methodologie der Grounded Theory (GT) ein. Mit der GT werden „Theorien“ generiert, die aus Daten hervorgehen, indem diese auf ihre immanenten Muster und Zusammenhänge hin untersucht werden. Neben der methodologischen Reflexion soll jedoch auch praktisch gearbeitet werden. So sollen kleine Forschungsprojekte in Gruppenarbeit durchgeführt werden, bei denen nach der Datenerhebung (z.B. Beobachtungen) die qualitative Analyse mithilfe der Software Atlas.ti erfolgen soll, deren Funktionsweise während der Veranstaltung vorgestellt wird.
