Fach/Kompetenz: Allgemeine Pathologie

Gruppen: 1-20

  • Die Studierenden gewinnen einen Einblick in die komplexen Zusammenhänge der histologischen Diagnostik von gesundem/normalem Gewebe in Abgrenzung von krankhaften Veränderungen für die Erstellung einer klinisch relevanten Diagnose.
  • Spezifisches Lernziel/Kompetenz 1: Die Studierneden sind mit den wesentlichen spezifischen Vorgehensweisen zur Gewebsdiagnostik vertraut. 
  • Spezifisches Lernziel/Kompetenz 2: Erlernen und Erläutern von Ursache und Wirkung der Anpassungsreaktionen
  • Spezifisches Lernziel/Kompetenz 3: Erlernen der unterschiedlichen Formen des Zelltodes
  • Spezifisches Lernziel/Kompetenz 4: Erlernen und Erläutern der Abläufe und Folgen der Nekrose
  • Spezisches Lernziel: Die Studierenden kenn die Grund-Prinzipien der Zellalterung


(UE 1)

  • Was ist Pathologie?
  • Krankheits- und Gesundheitsbegriff (WHO,etc.); Todeszeichen (allgemeine Einführung)
  • Methodenspektrum der Pathologie: Klinische Obduktion; Makroskopie, Histologie, Schnellschnittdiagnostik, Molekulare Diagnostik

(UE 2) Zell- und Gewebereaktionen:

  • Anpassungsreaktionen: Hypertorphie, Hyperplasie, Atrophie
  • Definition der reversiblen und irreversiblen Zellschädigung
  • Apoptose, Nekrose
  • Alterung
