Es wird eine grundlegende Einführung in die Theorie der Gruppen gegeben,
mit Anwendungen in der Beschreibung der Symmetrien von geometrischen
Objekten, Mustern und Ornamenten.Es wird sicher einen größeren Überlapp mit dem Inhalt der Vorlesung
"Vertiefung Gruppen und Symmetrien" vom WS 2011/12 von Herrn Voll
geben, weshalb es wenig sinnvoll wäre, beide Vorlesungen zu belegen.
Die Vorlesung von Herrn Voll wird hier nicht vorausgesetzt.
