230116 Grundzüge der Klassischen Moderne (S) (SoSe 2012)

Contents, comment

Unter der Epoche der Klassischen Moderne versteht man üblicherweise die Literatur vom Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts bis 1933. In dieser Zeit verändert sich die Literatur in hohem Tempo, und ganz unterschiedliche Stile bestehen nebeneinander. Einige der wichtigen poetischen Konzepte dieser Zeit – vor allem der deutschen Literatur – sollen im Seminar erarbeitet werden. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt deshalb auch auf der Lektüre programmatischer, literaturtheoretischer und philosophischer Texte vom Naturalismus bis zur Neuen Sachlichkeit.
