Liebe Studierende,

wir hatten einen falschen Eintrag im ekVV zur Vorlesung "Halbleiterphysik" (286475 Schierning und 286477 Reiss). Diese war vierstündig eingetragen, ist aber nur zweistündig (+ 2 Stunden Übungen).
Die Vorlesung ist also wie folgt geplant: 286475 Schierning (erste Semesterhälfte) und 286477 Reiss (zweite Hälfte) "Halbleiterphysik I und II", Mittwoch 12-14 Uhr und 286476 Schierning und 286478 Reiss "Übungen zur ...", Donnerstag 12-14 Uhr (Raum D2-240).
