Im Seminar werden einführend die gesetzlichen Grundlagen, Debatten über das (Selbst-) Verständnis der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und die Institutions- und Handlungslogiken professioneller Akteur*innen diskutiert. Hierbei werden historische und damit verbundene professionstheoretische Entwicklungen des Kinder- und Jugendhilfesystems u. a. in Bezug auf fachliche Impulse in den Blick genommen. Im Seminarverlauf wird ein einführendes Verständnis für den Auftrag der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe mit ihrem Angebots- und Leistungsspektrum als Unterstützung der Bedarfe von Adressat*innen erarbeitet.
Studien- bzw. Prüfungsleistungen können nach jeweiligem Umfang durch Beiträge zum Seminar erworben werden.
Die Veranstaltung findet digital via Zoom statt.
