Das Seminar findet digital, live zur genannten Zeit & z.T. digital, im Selbststudium (online synchron/asynchron) statt.

Die erste Veranstaltung (14.10.) findet als Zoom Konferenz zur Seminarzeit statt. Die weiteren Zoom-Termine lauten: 28.10., 18.11., 02.12., 09.12., 13.01., 20.01. und 27.01.22

Neben dem ökonomischen und sozialen Kapital bestimmt auch das kulturelle Kapital über die Position im sozialen Raum (Bourdieu). In diesem Seminar werden wir uns mit sozialen Ungleichheitstheorien auseinandersetzen und nach den Teilhabemöglichkeiten von unterschiedlichen sozialen Gruppen an kultureller Bildung fragen. Dabei werden wir insbesondere auch Kinder in Armut in den Blick nehmen. Sowohl im schulischen als auch im außerschulischen Bereich gibt es zahlreiche Initiativen, Projekte und Maßnahmen, die allen Kindern den Zugang zu verschiedensten Formen der Kultur erleichtern und ermöglichen möchten. Entsprechende Konzepte und Praxisbeispiele sollen im Rahmen der Studienleistungen vorgestellt werden. Außerdem kann die Praxisphase in entsprechenden Einrichtungen oder im Rahmen von Kulturprojekten absolviert werden.
Die Lehrveranstaltung ist Teil der Maßnahme "Reflexion literaler und ästhetischer Kompetenzentwicklung in Projekten zur kulturellen Schulentwicklung" (Josting/Miller) im Rahmen des Verbundprojektes Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung der Universität Bielefeld (BiProfessional) und wird wissenschaftliche begleitet.
