Es handelt sich um die Anfängervorlesung zum Bürgerlichen Recht. Sie werden mit der Arbeitsweise des Juristen und mit der Rechtsgeschäftslehre (Schwerpunkt: Vertragsschluss) vertraut gemacht.
Die Vorlesung findet ausschließlich online als Webinar über Zoom statt. Den Zoom-Link finden Sie bitte im Lernraum unter Ankündigungen!

Literaturempfehlungen erhalten Sie in der Vorlesung. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie von Anfang an über eine Textausgabe des BGB verfügen. Eine Textausgabe als Buch (statt Internet) ist hilfreich, um die Arbeit mit dem Gesetz einzuüben.
