Im Rahmen des Seminars sollen zunächst zentrale Interessenstheorien und Befunde zur Entwicklung von Interessen vorgestellt und diskutiert werden.
Im zweiten Teil des Seminars liegt der Fokus besonders auf dem Aspekt der Förderung von Interesse und den Anforderungen, die mit der Gestaltung von interessantem Unterricht verknüpft sind. Überdies werden eigene Fälle von Ihnen aus der pädagogischen Praxis besprochen, um über die Auseinandersetzung mit konkreten, selbst erlebten Fällen Lösungsansätze für den Umgang mit Motivationsproblemen zu entwickeln und so das eigene Handlungsrepertoire zu erweitern. Für die Fallarbeit wird es eine Einführung in die Methode der Kollegialen Beratung geben.

Die Veranstaltung wird - sofern das dann möglich ist - als Hybridseminar stattfinden, eine Durchführung im Distance Learning ist ebenfalls möglich. Falls Präsenztermine nicht zulässig sind, wird es synchrone (überwiegend) sowie asynchrone Elemente geben. Wir werden Zoom und den Lernraum Plus nutzen und die Fallarbeit wird in festen Kleingruppen (max. 5 Personen) - auch per Zoom - durchgeführt werden. Eine Aufzeichnung der Veranstaltung ist nicht geplant.
