291504 Römischrechtlicher Lektürekurs mit Quellenexegese (V) (WiSe 2011/2012)

Das römische Recht ist der Vorläufer des auf dem europäischen Kontinent und in weiten Teilen der Welt geltenden Zivilrechts. Die Vorlesung mit integrierter Quellenlektüre versteht sich zugleich als eine Einführung in das geltende bürgerliche Recht. Texte werden mit Übersetzung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Lateinkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
Durch erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Semesterabschlussklausur oder einen Vortrag kann der kleine Grundlagenschein gem. § 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StudPrO erworben werden. Durch einen Vortrag kann stattdessen auch die Bescheinigung über den Erwerb einer Schlüsselqualifikation gem. §§ 49 Abs. 1 Nr. 4, 16 StudPrO erworben werden.
Durch eine klassische Digestenexegese kann der Leistungsnachweis gemäß § 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StudPrO (großer Grundlagenschein) erworben werden. Die Teilnahme an der Digestenexegese ist allein für diejenigen sinnvoll, die regelmäßig an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.
