An der Schnittstelle Übergang Kita-Grundschule soll der Anfangsunterricht die unterschiedlichen Kompetenzen der Schulanfänger produktiv aufgreifen und für Lernprozesse nutzbar machen. Es gilt die Balance zwischen aus den heterogenen Voraussetzungen folgenden individuellen (Lern-)Bedürfnissen und den Anforderungen der Schule anzustreben. Zunächst werden in einer Einführung zu allgemeinen Aspekten und Fragen des Anfangsunterrichts die theoretischen Basiskenntnisse unter besonderer Berücksichtigung heterogener Lernvoraussetzungen vermittelt und vertieft. Dazu gehören auch Maßnahmen der Prävention, Diagnostik und Förderung. Konkrete und praxisnahe Bausteine zur Gestaltung von Unterricht und kompetenzorientierten Lernarangements in der Schuleingangsphase schließen sich an. Nach Absprache kann eine fächerspezifische Schwerpunktsetzung (Lese-/Schriftspracherwerb, Mathematik) erfolgen.
