Das Seminar setzt sich aus einer kritischen Perspektive mit dem
Zusammenspiel von Aktivismus, (Gruppen)Identitäten und Macht
auseinander. Nicht nur der Zusammenhang der Identitäten und des
Aktivismus und die Frage, wann aus welchen (Minderheiten)Identitäten
Aktivist*innenpositionen werden, stehen im Zentrum des Seminars, sondern
im Seminar soll das Konzept der Minderheit breiter verstanden und in
seiner Normativität dekonstruiert werden. Die Teilnehmer*innen sind
aufgefordert, intensiv nach relevanten Konzepten in Bezug zu
Minderheiten und Identitäten zu suchen sowie die Zusammenhänge mit
Aktivismus zu rekonstruieren.
Die aktive Mitarbeit und Teilnahme an Diskussionen und die Bereitschaft
englischsprachige Texte zu lesen wird erwartet.
