Das Seminar findet online synchron (= digital, live zur genannten Zeit) statt.
In diesem Blockseminar beschäftigen wir uns grundlegend mit verschiedenen Facetten von Kooperation und Vernetzung. Dazu zählen innovative Formen des kollektiven bzw. vernetzten Lernens und des kooperativen Wissensaustauschs (vom Peer Learning bis hin zum vernetzten Mentoring) in verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern (von einzelnen Bildungsveranstaltungen über die Personalentwicklung bis hin zum Lernen in der Stadt). Neben dem Kooperationsmanagement und der Netzwerkforschung werden auch Aspekte der Lernarchitektur (Orte als „Räume der Kooperation und Begegnung“ ) in den Blick genommen.
Das Format des Blockseminars eröffnet die Möglichkeit, sich intensiver mit innovativen Formaten (Learning Journey, Design Thinking, Barcamp, Wissensmärkte, Ideenwerkstätte, SpeedLabs …) auseinanderzusetzen.
Konsequenterweise wird auf gelingende Kommunikation und Kooperationsintensität in Arbeitsgruppen und Teams besonderen Wert gelegt.
