Das Seminar findet online synchron (= digital, live zur genannten Zeit) statt.
Die Arbeitswelt ist in einem ständigen Wandel. Dies spiegelt sich in vielen aktuellen Begriffen wider: „Digitalität“, „Arbeit 4.0“, „New Work“, „Agilität“ etc .
In diesem Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit gesellschaftlichen Megatrends und dem Wandel der Arbeitswelt. Wir gehen der Frage nach, wie neue Arbeitsformen und Kompetenzanforderungen sich in der Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklung niederschlagen: Wie gestaltet sich Karrierentwicklung? Welche Führungskonzepte werden propagiert? Welche neue Formen der Weiterbildung zeichnen sich ab? Welche Kompetenzen ergeben sich daraus für Personalentwickler:innen und Weiterbildner:innen?
Es geht darum, die Potentiale neuerer Konzepte auszuloten, aber auch die Gefährdungen in den Blick zunehmen. Zugleich soll der Blick geschärft werden, zwischen grundlegenden Trends und kurzfristigen Hypes in der Berufswelt und der Weiterbildung zu unterscheiden.
